A non refundable, but transferable deposit of 50% of the total can be used to reserve a space. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the activity begins.
* Cancellations must be made at least 72 hrs in advance in order to receive a full refund on your activity...Or for any Surf Trip or Camping Trip cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Any cancellations made after the cut off time will have a $25 "late cancellation" fee deducted from the refund. Cancellations made 24 hours before the start of the activity or no shows will not be issued a refund.
Traffic and Parking at the beach can be very congested, so please allow enough time to arrive for your activity at least 15 minutes early. We do not offer refunds for any late arrivals.
All participants under 18 will need to have a legal guardian present to sign a liability form. We can arrange to fax, or email this form beforehand if a guardian will not be in attendance, however it must be complete before any activity begins.
